The Luguru or Waluguru people are part of the Bantu-speaking community residing in the Luguru mountains within the Morogoro region, situated along the coastal plains of East-central Tanzania. Their heritage is steeped in vibrant art and culture, evident in their traditional dances, songs, culinary delights, and pottery craftsmanship. Within this project, I aim to showcase a collection of images depicting the meticulous preparations of traditional Luguru cuisine.
